Perforated metal facing, welded to a "U" channel frame, with internal spacer bars welded at regular intervals to insure uniform filter thickness.

D-Mark's carbon filter trays afford the user maximum carbon utilization, uniform air flow, and minimum restriction by:

1. Vibrating during filling (to insure a maximum carbon loading, a uniform bed, and to eliminate channeling).
2. "Blowing" thru filters with air pressure after filling (to minimize the fines and dust "fall out" at installation).
3. Adding a polyethylene bag to insure the original carbon is protected until installation.

All carbons are 60% CCL4 Activity. Impregnated alumina are to manufactures standards.
